仙台は、暖かくなったり寒くなったりと、気温の変化が激しい。
つい先日までは、最高気温4度とかいってたのに、今日の最高気温は15度である。いくら何でも、数日で10度以上も暖かくなるのはヤリすぎだ。おかげで、研修生の中で風邪が大流行しつつある。
ホテル住まいで病気にかかるのは最悪なんで、「手洗い・うがい・部屋に濡れタオル」の基本作法は欠かさないようにせねば・・・。
